Shipping

There is no such thing as “free shipping”. Moving goods from A to B involves real human capital. We intentionally avoid capturing this expense within a product's 'cost of goods’, to simply pass it on to the customer later. Rather, even if it costs us a little more, we choose to prioritize carbon-neutral shipping methods as part of our net-zero emissions goal. As of today, we offer complimentary carbon-neutral shipping on all orders (Australia and New Zealand) as a gesture to our customers and environment.

If you are based in the Melbourne area (within 5km radius) and don't mind waiting an extra couple of days, please email us if you'd like your order to be delivered emission-free (i.e. on foot or bike) after your purchase.

Orders are shipped from Melbourne twice weekly (Tuesday and Friday) via Australia Post “Standard” across all orders within Australia and to New Zealand. All shipments include tracking, however delivery times are provided as an indication only.

Markets

Currently, we offer our products for sale in Australia and New Zealand, with the United States to follow later in 2023. Each country (market) has their own set of regulations for the sale of personal care products, and we are fully compliant in these three countries at present.

Taxes and Duties

Sales taxes are automatically included on all purchases (e.g. goods and services tax). Further, international orders may be subject to import taxes and duties. These additional charges will be added to your order.

Damages / Issues

Please inspect your shipment upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and remedy it as best we can.

Returns / Refunds

The nature of our industry means the purchase of personal care goods cannot be returned—similar to perishables. If you experience an adverse reaction after using our products, please get in touch via our support email and we’ll be happy to assist, exchange or refund (on a case-by-case basis).
